Avi is running an independent locksmith business after 11 years of experience working for a larger company. He recently repaired a front door handle issue. Initial call for help resulted in him arriving within an hour, diagnosing the problem, providing me with an temporary door handle and dead bolt (all at no charge), and promising to return once I ordered parts from Baldwin. He returned within a few hours after I let him know parts arrived, and was incredibly conscientious in getting the job done quickly and well. Avi is the absolute best!!! We moved into a new house and wanted all the locks re-keyed. I called Avi looking to get on his schedule – he said he had an opening that day. Avi came on time, was professional and very polite and his pricing was very reasonable. He completed the job in a couple of hours and assisted us with a lock repair as well.
